How TENSHOT handles your information
and how you can manage it.
Effective date · September 27, 2026
1. Scope and operator
This policy applies to the game app, web game and related game servers of TENSHOT: Archery World Tour (텐샷: 양궁 월드투어), referred to below as “TENSHOT.” The operator and privacy contact is Dongho Lee (이동호). You can contact us at minimi.sweetlife@gmail.com.
Features such as ads may vary by platform, app version, region and your choices. Descriptions of a feature apply when you actually use that feature.
2. Information we process and why
| Category | Information | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Account and profile | Automatically generated game account identifier, nickname, country and language you select, and device authentication information | Identify guest accounts, protect account access, and save profiles and progress |
| Game activity | Matches, scores, rankings, league records, progress, equipment, inventory, virtual currency and reward/spending records, and friend/match connection information | Provide gameplay and online matches, show rankings, settle rewards, and prevent duplicate rewards and abuse |
| Service access | IP address, request time, request/match identifiers, response status and related connection or error information | Establish connections, maintain security, limit requests, investigate errors and operate the service |
| Ads and rewards | Advertising/device identifiers, IP address, ad display, viewing, interaction and diagnostic information, ad request/transaction identifiers, reward type, amount and processing time | Deliver rewarded ads, verify views, grant rewards, measure ads and prevent invalid activity |
| Optional usage analytics | App instance identifier, app/device information, and session, tutorial, match, virtual currency and ad-related events | Understand usage and improve features. Collected only with your consent |
| App configuration | Firebase installation identifier and app/device information needed to request configuration | Deliver operational settings, such as ad availability and app update settings |
| Support and privacy requests | Reply email address, request contents and account verification information you provide | Respond to inquiries, verify account ownership, and handle privacy and account deletion requests |
Information is processed through your input, gameplay, service tools included in the app and the game servers. The country in your profile is a display choice you make, not your GPS location. The game does not request access to precise location, contacts, your microphone or your photo library.
Other players may see your nickname, selected country, score, rank, in-game appearance and other profile or match information needed for online matches and leaderboards. Do not include your phone number, real name or other information you do not want to make public in your nickname.
A guest account does not require you to enter your real name, phone number or email address. If you contact us by email, we process your sender address so that we can reply.
3. Ads, analytics and your choices
Ads · Google AdMob
Google AdMob provides ads such as banners and rewarded ads that you choose to watch. Google may process IP addresses, advertising/device identifiers and ad interaction information to deliver and measure ads, diagnose problems and prevent invalid activity. An IP address may be used to estimate your general location.
The app currently requests non-personalized ads. These ads may still involve information needed for delivery, frequency management and fraud prevention. Depending on the applicable region and device settings, a consent or privacy choices screen may be provided. Ads are requested when the required consent and permission to request ads have been confirmed.
To verify rewards, we send Google a random game account identifier and an ad request identifier. Our server checks Google's verification result and transaction identifier to prevent duplicate rewards. Your nickname and support email address are not sent as part of this reward verification.
Usage analytics · Google Analytics for Firebase
Optional usage analytics is off by default. For users who consent, we use Google Analytics for Firebase to analyze game activity and ad-related events. Withdrawing consent in the game settings stops subsequent optional analytics collection and resets analytics data on the device. This does not immediately delete every record already transmitted to a server. You can contact us below to exercise your rights regarding existing records.
We do not set your game account identifier as the Google Analytics user ID. We do not treat analytics consent as consent to personalize ads.
In-app purchases and error diagnostics
In-app purchases use a purchase identifier linked to your game account, product and transaction identifiers, receipts or purchase tokens, purchase, refund and restoration records, and app/device information. Apple App Store or Google Play handles payment; TENSHOT does not collect complete payment card numbers. RevenueCat supports purchase verification, delivery, restoration, refund handling and purchase statistics. Our game server also manages membership periods and reward claims. Test purchase records are separated from production purchases.
Versions with error diagnostics enabled send limited error/crash records, app version, operating system and diagnostic request/match identifiers to Sentry to investigate failures. App screenshots, view hierarchies and default personal-information transmission are disabled. Purchase processing and error diagnostics are service operations separate from optional Firebase usage analytics.
Information stored on your device
The app and web game use device storage to retain account access, progress, settings and consent choices. You can manage advertising identifier choices in your Android or iOS privacy/advertising settings. Clearing storage or deleting the app may cause you to lose access to a guest account. These actions alone do not delete the account on our server.

4. Service providers and international processing
TENSHOT uses the following external services as needed to provide the game. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to the relevant authorities to the extent required by law.
| Provider | Service and information | Processing location and details |
|---|---|---|
| Vultr | Game server hosting; storage and transmission of account, match and operational information processed by the server | Game server: Seoul, South Korea. Provider privacy information |
| Supabase Pte. Ltd. | Game database operation; storage of account, profile, virtual currency and reward information | Selected database region: Seoul, South Korea. Data processing terms and subprocessors and locations |
| Google LLC AdMob | Ad delivery, measurement, view verification and fraud prevention; ad information described in sections 2 and 3 | United States and countries where Google has processing facilities. Privacy and contact information |
| Google LLC Firebase / Google Analytics | Configuration delivery and analytics for consenting users; installation and analytics information described in sections 2 and 3 | United States and other countries where Google or its processors have facilities. Processing locations and privacy information |
Purchase processing uses Apple or Google payment services and RevenueCat, Inc. RevenueCat processes purchase and technical information in United States storage facilities. Error diagnostics uses Sentry; diagnostic information may be processed internationally at its service facilities. Information is sent over encrypted connections when the relevant features are used. These links provide the providers' privacy and contact information.
The main storage location of the game server and database is Seoul. Information may also be processed internationally in connection with overseas providers' administration/support and the use of Google services. Relevant information is transmitted over encrypted network connections when the app retrieves settings or you use ad/analytics features. The links above explain providers' processing terms and how to contact them.
You can ask the operator for information about international processing or request that processing stop. You can withdraw optional analytics consent or choose not to use ad rewards. Stopping processing needed to provide a service, such as account storage or configuration delivery, may limit that feature. Posting this policy does not constitute your consent to any processing that requires separate consent.
5. Retention and deletion
- Account, profile, progress and game transaction records: Retained while the account is maintained and the service is provided. Deleting the app does not automatically delete a guest account. Once an account deletion request is verified, the related personal information and linked game data are included in the deletion process.
- Ad reward verification records: Retained as needed to settle rewards, prevent duplicate grants and manage the account's game transaction records. These records are reviewed and handled together with account deletion.
- Connection, security and error information: Retained as needed to handle connections, investigate errors or address security issues. Once the purpose is complete, it is deleted or processed so that it no longer identifies an individual.
- Purchase, restoration, refund and diagnostic records: Retained as needed to provide or restore products, prevent duplicate grants, investigate errors and meet legal obligations. Account deletion requests also include a review of linked service-provider records. Records required by law are deleted once the obligation ends.
- Support information: Retained as needed to handle inquiries and rights requests. If a legal obligation or an ongoing dispute requires further retention, only the necessary information is kept until that reason is resolved.
- Information processed by Google: Ad and analytics information is handled under the relevant service's retention/deletion policies and applicable settings. Firebase installation identifiers may be retained until deletion is requested. Firebase states that removing data from live and backup systems may take up to 180 days after the request. See Firebase retention information and Google retention information.
When personal information is no longer needed, we delete it using methods that make recovery difficult or process it so that it cannot be linked to an individual. If a legal retention requirement or an actual ongoing dispute requires us to retain some information, we explain the reason, the information concerned and when that retention will end. Personal information in backups is also included in the scope of a deletion request. If a backup is restored, the deletion status is applied to prevent a deleted account from being reactivated.
6. Your rights and account deletion requests
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent and account deletion. Requests through a representative are also possible under applicable law. A legal guardian may submit a request concerning a child under 14.
TENSHOT privacy and account deletion contact
Contact: Dongho Lee (이동호)
Email: minimi.sweetlife@gmail.com
To request deletion, use “TENSHOT account deletion request” as the email subject. Include your game nickname, platform and request details. We may explain what minimum additional information is needed to verify your account safely.
Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, identity documents or complete payment card numbers.
The operator reviews and handles deletion requests. Once personal information, game progress and reward records linked to the verified account have been deleted, that progress and those items cannot be restored. We reply with the result. If applicable law limits a request or processing is delayed, we explain the reason.
You can also seek advice or report privacy concerns to Korea's Privacy Infringement Report Center or Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee.
7. Information protection measures
TENSHOT encrypts service communications and restricts server access. Mobile account credentials use protected device storage, and the server verifies authentication information using hashes. Game rewards are verified by the server. We limit the information recorded in logs to what is needed for operation.
8. This policy page
This page does not include advertising, visitor analytics, external fonts or consent-dialog scripts. It is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process visitors' IP addresses and other technical information to serve the page and maintain security. See the GitHub Privacy Statement for details.
9. Changes to this policy
If the information processed, purposes or services change, we will explain the changes on this page and through in-app notices where needed, and update the effective date. Changes requiring separate consent will follow the necessary consent process.
